UK - Shipping is FREE for orders over £150. All orders are shipped via tracked service with Parcelforce, you'll receive a tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a further dispatch email which will include tracking information. If you have not received an email within 24hrs please check your spam folder.
Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.
UPDATING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. It is also not possible to apply any discount codes after the order has been placed. However, it may be possible to cancel the order, should you need to do this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone on 0141 341 0010. Once we begin the process of packing your order, amendments and cancellations will no longer be possible.
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to Ski 'n' Boardroom and a refund for the cost of the goods will be processed but not for the cost of shipping. Where incorrect address details or postcode are supplied, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge to get this amended.
PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN
Ski 'n' Boardroom cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. Please note this also if you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or a communal area.
If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact our Webshop team at email@example.com. We can organise a collection for the incorrect items, but if you would like to keep the item that you have received, we may ask for payment of the products, depending on the products you have received.
International - Country dependent as below, shipped via Parcelforce (tracked).
Please note that the length of time your order will take to arrive will be dependant on the polices of the Customs Dept in your country. This is not something that Ski 'n' Boardroom has any control or responsibility over.
Returns must be arranged within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition. We may accept pre-agreed returns after 30 days but these will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Any products that are returned for any reason are done so at your expense. You will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery charges) less any collection charges.
Once we receive your return we will process a refund and you will receive an email notification. Funds will return to your account within 5-10 working days.
If your order is faulty or damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or phone on 0141 341 0010, to obtain a refund or replacement. To report a problem, please email us within 30 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods.
If your delivery is clearly damaged at the point of receiving the order, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of delivery. You must inform the courier, they will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us and we'll process your refund.
