Designed for the long haul, the K2 Waive snowboard boot is built for those long days in the skin track.
We've packed the Waive full of the best split-specific features - and it starts at the sole. Our vibration-damping Harshmellow™ material is wrapped in a full Vibram® V5 outsole - durable, lightweight, and grippy. A crampon-compatible heel stabilizer helps keep your heel aligned on the walk up and gives the descent extra security. We've modified our trademark Endo™ Construction heel counter to allow the K2 Waive Snowboard boot to have a designated walk mode. By releasing the BOA® dial, it will enable the calf panel of the boot to open, giving you the ability for a longer stride in the skin track but all the stability in the world that you need for the ride down.
A traditional lace, exterior Power Strap, and lace cover keeps you secure and keeps the snow out. It goes without saying, but the magic starts from the inside, our Intuition® Pro Foam Liner with Spaceheater™ is warm, comfortable, and heat moldable. A comfortable and customizable Conda™ heel retention device keeps your foot position comfortable and removes the stress of heel lift when the terrain gets a bit spicy.

Durable synthetic materials are paired with articulation around the flex point of the boots to shell distortion, retain shape, and eliminate heel lift
ENDO™ 2.0 HEEL COUNTER:
An injected heel counter offers us the ability to provide a lighter weight snowboard boot with more precise rebound, and a longer life-cycle.
POWER STRAP:
The K2 Power strap, keeping the top of the boot firmly closed while in use and maximizing power transfer to the snowboard. Better fit equals better performance.
REINFORCED RUBBER TOE CAP:
Abrasion-resistant reinforced rubber is placed in areas of high stress to extend the boot's life and increase durability.

Our most supportive liner, featuring a high-density Intuition® foam for added support and lined with breathable heat-reflective SpaceHeater™ technology for superior warmth and comfort.

Adding J-Bars to a liner helps add structure and reduce heel lift, while coring liners out around the ankle bones reduces pressure points in sensitive regions.
