Returns Policy
We accept returns via post and through any of our high street stores.
On cancellation or for whatever reason, you must return the goods that we have delivered to you in their original condition. Some goods, if opened, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These items are clearly marked.
If your goods have a manufacturing fault, are incorrect or damaged in transit, we will meet the cost of the return and (at your choice) replace/exchange the goods or refund to you the price paid for the goods. In all other circumstances, we will exchange the goods or refund you the amount you paid for the goods, but we will not cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Such items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of despatch, with suitable proof of purchase and any original documentation.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Please note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
